I’m now offering 45-minute mindfulness coaching sessions via Zoom to help get you on track and keep you accountable. Sign up for a single session to just work on something specific, or set up more frequent sessions on the schedule of your choice. Join me from wherever you have internet access!

Offering:

  • tailored mindfulness practices that actually fit into your life

  • personalized coaching on how to use anxiety-busting tools

  • guidance on specific areas where you feel stuck

  • private yoga or meditation practice to suit your needs

We will connect via email before our session so I can understand what you would like to focus on, and I’ll provide you with a Zoom link. Afterwards, I’ll send a follow-up email with resources based on what we discussed, personalized next steps, and a private recording of our session (optional, we don’t need to record the session if you are not comfortable with that.) Limited spaces available.
