Yoga for Anxiety: Yoga to Wake Up

I use this sequence when I need to perk up a bit. Maybe it’s first thing in the morning, or maybe it’s the mid-afternoon slump. I always feel more refreshed, centered, and awake!

As always, I'm just offering some suggestions, you make decisions about what works for your body. We never want to move to the point of pain. Hope you have a great practice!
